Potsdam, 30 July 2026 – k2.mobility continues to grow its team and welcomed two experienced new colleagues on 1 July 2026. Heinz-Hermann Tiben joins the company as Commercial Lead, while Denita Bruwer takes on the position of Partnerships Manager. With their many years of international experience in business development, sales, partnerships and electric mobility, both will play a key role in supporting the further development of the PANION platform and the growth of k2.mobility.
With Heinz-Hermann Tiben, k2.mobility gains an expert with decades of experience at the interface of logistics, fleet management, telematics and digitalisation. In various leadership and business development roles, and as founder of simpLITTI GmbH, he has supported companies in the transformation of fleets, energy infrastructure and data-driven business models. As Commercial Lead, he will drive the commercial development of k2.mobility, expand customer relationships, open up new market potential and further strengthen the company's strategic positioning.
"Fleet electrification is far more than a change of technology. It transforms processes, business models and the way the most diverse players work together. Actively helping to shape this change and making the path to a successful transformation easier for our customers is a particular motivation for me."
— Heinz-Hermann Tiben, Commercial Lead at k2.mobility
Denita Bruwer also brings extensive international experience in strategic partnerships and electric mobility. After positions in the finance and commercial real estate sectors, she moved into technology-driven companies, where she was responsible, among other things, for building strategic partnerships for public charging infrastructure as well as Europe-wide collaborations with charge point operators. As Partnerships Manager at k2.mobility, she will be responsible for expanding strategic channel partnerships with energy companies, charging infrastructure manufacturers and other players in the fleet ecosystem.
"Electrifying bus and truck fleets can only succeed together. That is why I am looking forward to building a strong ecosystem with our partners and establishing intelligent charging and energy management solutions even more broadly in the market."
— Denita Bruwer, Partnerships Manager at k2.mobility
With these two new appointments, k2.mobility is deliberately strengthening its capabilities in sales, business development and strategic partnerships. The company is thereby laying the groundwork to meet the growing demand for intelligent charging and energy management for electric bus and truck fleets and to further accelerate the international development of the PANION platform.
"With Heinz-Hermann and Denita, we are gaining two individuals whose skills complement each other perfectly. Both bring many years of experience in their respective fields, a deep understanding of electric mobility and a strong international network. Together, they will make a decisive contribution to further accelerating our growth and establishing PANION even more firmly in the market."
— Markus Kröger, Co-CEO of k2.mobility
About k2.mobility
K2 Mobility GmbH is a technology company based in Potsdam that develops software solutions for the economically viable operation of heavy electric commercial vehicle and bus fleets. With the cloud-based SaaS platform PANION, k2.mobility integrates transport management, vehicle telemetry, charging infrastructure and the power grid in real time.
In its Integrated Charge Management, PANION links central operational data such as tour schedules, departure and arrival times, routes, charge points and battery states, and uses this to optimise dynamic charging plans. In doing so, the platform closes a gap in existing systems that were developed for diesel operations and cannot represent the requirements of electric fleets.
As an intelligent charging and energy management system, PANION is already used by companies such as ASKO/NorgesGruppen, Amazon ATS, DSV, Posten Bring and Hansea.
