Three days, Schloss Blankensee in Brandenburg and an orienteering run through the forest: our team has grown considerably bigger and more international over the past few months. Time to set our direction together.
In early October, the entire k2.mobility team stepped away from day-to-day business for three days. On the agenda were the topics that will keep us busy over the coming months.
The unofficial highlight, however, didn’t take place in the seminar room but in the forest. The orienteering run came down to: read the map, agree on a route, start running. Very much in the spirit of “Run, Forrest, run” – just with an actual forest. Who took the direct route and who chose the more scenic one stays between us.
The run fit well with what we did on those days in terms of content, too: setting a shared course and trusting that everyone reaches the finish.
On top of that came culture, fresh air and, above all, time for each other – something that often falls short between customer projects and everyday work.
In every session you could feel how passionate this team is about what it does. Automating the operation of e-truck fleets sounds technical at first. But it is the prerequisite for electrification to work smoothly in the everyday reality of a haulage company.
This mission is what unites us at K2 Mobility – regardless of which country someone comes from or which discipline they call home.
A big thank you to our fantastic team. It was a lot of fun.
